Brain boost is a cognitive RETRAINING program that teaches strategies and exercises to improve skills in the areas of memory, attention, word finding and/or problem solving. Our customized plan of care will target:

• Short term/long term memory recall
• Improvement in attention, focus and concentration
• Development of Word Finding strategies
• Enhancement of problem solving skills

Memory in Motion is a cognitive STIMULATION program that will teach strategies and activities through project and movement-based activities. This customized program will target:

• Organizational skills for home, schedule, and medication management
• Maintenance of memory and slowing the rate of decline
• Improvement of visuospatial awareness
• Enhancement of psychosocial functioning
• Encouragement of community integration
• Caregiver education and home safety
